Background: First American Residential Value provides services to lenders for property valuation (among many other services). I worked with a group who had re-engineered the older software used to manage the valuation process and network of realtors, accounting, etc. The needed an application which would allow their administrators in India to manage user details which reside on a database in the USA.

Requirements Overview:

• Allow administration thru a Winforms application
  
• Run over web services
• Be very secure in both user access as well as data transmission
  
• Secure Webform to provide password updating for end users
• Record actions taken by administrators
• Incorporate user/group role based accessability to various functions
• Communicate with the database using only stored procedures

... and they needed it tomorrow!

This project shows my capability to produce a quality product incorporating various technologies offering high functionality within a short amount of time.

Development Methodology: Agile .. very Agile!!
